Journeying in the pathways of Kabbalah

Trips to graves of the righteous.

The Kabbalists had taught us that a deceased person's soul returns to the grave site on it's death anniversary.

The Holy Ari (Rabbi Yitshak Luria - a 16th century Kabbalist) reveled in his book "the gate of the holy spirit" that the spirit of the righteous return to the grave sites on their death anniversary as well as on the eve of every new month.

The death anniversary of the righteous are very powerful dates. Study of the Torah on those days will have the extra benefit of the righteous person's soul to enhance the connection to light, blessings and abundance. The effort made to travel to a righteous person's grave-site bears an added benefit. One should also bear in mind that every righteous person had his own particular and unique power and this can be connected to on his death anniversary.

For this reason, we in Michael Centre make the effort to organize such tours during which the techniques for connecting to the light are taught as well as the special and unique powers of the righteous whose soul can be connected to in each sight.

Our body awareness restricts any connection to the spiritual realm. When we reach a righteous person's grave-site, his energy field overcomes the restricting effect of our body awareness and makes our connection to the light much easier. The wisdom of Kabbalah teaches us that we have to exert some effort in order to earn the light and blessing that we so desire. If we make the effort to reach a righteous person's presence with the correct consciousness then our desires to connect to the light are rewarded.
